Refund Policy
Last updated - September 2026
GLOU sells digital products - prompt packs, image libraries and PDF files - that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once they have been accessed. This policy explains how that works, and what happens with custom studio services.
1. Digital products are non-returnable
Because prompt packs, image libraries and PDF files are delivered immediately and can be copied, they cannot be returned or exchanged once the download has started. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal ends as soon as delivery begins.
Please read the product page, previews and the list of what is included before you buy. If something is unclear, write to hello@glou.dev before purchasing and we will answer.
2. When we do issue a refund
If a file is missing, corrupted, does not match its description, or a download link fails and we cannot fix it, you can request a refund within 14 days of the order date. We will first try to repair the problem or resend the files.
Duplicate or clearly accidental charges are refunded in full.
3. How to request
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Submit a request at paddle.net, or write to hello@glou.dev with your order reference and we will help direct it. Paddle's own refund policy applies alongside this one: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle, the card network and your bank.
4. What is not refunded
Change of mind after download, not liking a creative style, a lack of AI tool experience, or results produced by a third-party AI tool that differ from the examples. AI outputs vary by tool, model version and input - the packs are creative direction, not a guaranteed identical result.
5. Studio services
Website design, development, AI visual direction and other studio work are custom engagements. Scope, milestones, cancellation, work already completed and any prepayment are agreed in the written offer or contract before work begins.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
