License Agreement

Subject to an active membership, earlier confirmed payment or free-sample delivery as applicable, and compliance with this agreement, GLOU grants one person or one business a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence. GLOU keeps ownership of the source products, imagery, prompts, layouts and documentation.

A member licence to access and download new content lasts while membership is active. Work created using properly downloaded content during an active period may continue to be used under this agreement after cancellation, but new downloads and member-only access end when the paid period ends. Earlier one-time Shop licences continue for files supplied with those purchases; a free-sample licence begins on delivery.

You may use licensed images and work created from licensed prompts in your own brand and commercial work, including websites, social media, online shops, newsletters, presentations, campaigns, digital advertising and finished client work delivered by you.

You may crop, resize, colour-adjust, retouch, combine and otherwise adapt the material. Members and earlier Prompt Pack purchasers may adapt prompts and use them with an AI tool, subject to that tool's terms and the restrictions below.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense or give access to the original or substantially unaltered files, prompts, PDFs, download links or Library archive, whether separately or in a bundle.

You may not offer the material as stock, a template, prompt pack, course asset, preset, membership library or other competing product; use it to train or fine-tune a model for redistribution; register GLOU material itself as a trademark; falsely claim authorship of the source product; or bypass access and download controls.

You may not use the material for unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, hate, abuse, malware, spam or infringement of another person's rights.

One licence covers the member, earlier purchaser or free-sample recipient as one person or one business. People working within that licensed business may use the files for its work, but the files may not be shared with an unrelated business or client as reusable source material. Contact hello@glou.dev before making the source files available to contractors or a wider group.

You may deliver finished work to clients. A client does not receive a separate right to extract, reuse, resell or redistribute the GLOU source files, prompts or archive unless it obtains its own licence.

A Prompt Pack supplies written creative direction, references and prompts, not finished images or access to an AI model. Results vary by provider, model version, settings and inputs and are not guaranteed to match examples.

You are responsible for rights in your inputs, reviewing outputs, complying with the AI provider's terms and ensuring the final use is lawful. GLOU does not promise exclusivity or that an output is free of third-party rights.

Image Sets and free image samples supply finished image files. They may be used and adapted under section 2, but the original or substantially unaltered images may not be redistributed as files, stock or a competing download product. These licences are non-exclusive; other customers may use the same imagery.

A current paid membership grants access to released content for the selected tier as described on the Membership page. The Library Plan covers Image Libraries; the Full Membership adds released Prompt Packs and member tools. Public previews and an email update request do not grant private file access.

Access to new downloads ends when the paid period ends. Earlier confirmed one-time Shop licences remain separate and unchanged. Unreleased concept previews are not licensed downloadable products until released.

A material or repeated breach may end this licence and access to private files. GLOU may use order, historical membership and download records to investigate misuse. Questions about a proposed use or reports of infringement can be sent to hello@glou.dev.
