License Agreement

A limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the purchased files, for one person or one business. The licence starts at payment and continues for as long as you keep the files.

Use the prompts and images in your own commercial and personal work: brand visuals, social media, websites, presentations, campaigns and client projects delivered by you.

Adapt, edit, crop and combine the material with your own work, and use it as the starting point for your own AI generations.

Resell, share, give away, publish or sublicense the original files, prompts or libraries, in whole or in part.

Repackage the material as a competing prompt pack, template, course, preset or stock library.

Claim authorship of the packs themselves, register them or their outputs as a trademark, or use them to train or fine-tune AI models for redistribution.

Use the material for unlawful content, fraud, spam, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, hate or abuse, malware, rights infringement or attempts to circumvent technical safeguards.

GLOU retains ownership of the products, layouts, written prompts, imagery and documentation. You own the work you create with them, subject to this agreement and the terms of the AI tools you use.

Third-party AI tools each have their own terms; you are responsible for complying with the terms of the tool you generate in.

AI results vary. The same prompt can return different images depending on the tool, model version, seed and your inputs. Outputs may need light editing to reach a finished, polished look, and are not guaranteed to match the examples exactly.

You are responsible for your prompts, for having the rights to any material you feed into a tool, for checking outputs, and for making sure your use is lawful. Outputs are not professional advice.

One licence covers one person or one company. If several people in a team need the files, buy one licence per person or write to hello@glou.dev for a team arrangement. You may deliver finished work to clients, but not the source files, prompt lists or libraries themselves.

Serious or repeated breach ends the licence and may end your access to downloads. Report suspected misuse or infringement to hello@glou.dev.
