01 / What it is
A planner that fits your brand.
Most social media planners are built for everyone, so they fit no one. This guide shows you how to describe the planner you actually need — your pillars, your platforms, your statuses — and let Claude build a working one in minutes. Then change it by asking.
It comes with everything you need to start today: the master prompt behind the planner, a tour of what Claude builds, twelve one-line prompts to make it yours, a way to plan a whole month with Claude, and two ready-made planners — an interactive planner for your browser and a formatted Excel workbook with a live calendar and balance formulas.

After you download.
- 01
Read the guide first
Open the PDF and choose your route: the interactive planner, the spreadsheet, or a planning document.
- 02
Try the ready-made planner
Double-click the HTML file. It opens in your browser and works offline — no account or install needed. Your posts are saved in that browser.
- 03
Make it yours in Claude
Open claude.ai, start a new chat and attach the HTML file. Write: “This is my social media planner. Change it so…” — then use the twelve one-line prompts from the guide.
- 04
Or build your own from scratch
Fill in the planner spec worksheet, paste the master prompt into Claude, replace the words in brackets with your own, and send.
- 05
Prefer spreadsheets?
Open the XLSX in Excel or upload it to Google Sheets. To change it with Claude, attach the file and describe what you want — Claude returns an updated workbook.
- 06
Plan a month and back it up
Ask Claude to fill the planner with a month of posts using the guide's prompt. Every Friday, press ‘Export CSV’ so your plan is never lost.
